I just decided to make it a new topic so there wouldn't be a ton of scrolling through old posts in the other topic.... so apparently I can't even install a pot correctly (Unless my problem really is that I bought 1K's instead of 2K's?) so I actually took the time to describe these stupid pots as best/clearly as I can... NOW... does the line in connect to side a or b? (I connected to A) and then, which wires go to which lugs on both sides? because so far, none of the arrangements I've tried work for shit...

Oh shit, I just realised why I couldn't build a mixer myself. DOUBLE LUGS.

those are some sort of specialty pots...
but try it like this:
wire from input -> upper middle lug side b wire to output -> upper left lug side b ground (not always needed) -> upper right lug side b
I've never seen a pot that looks like that before. next time try to get standard three lug pots.

hey, thanks a lot. I will try to test it soon. yes, I thought they were over pot-ulated too (no pun intended) but I didn't see any others right then.
