I was just reading the below on a filter. It's not voltage controllable, but apparently you can change this by using OTAs. WTF are OTAs?!??!!
This is a design for a simple SVF. It is not Voltage controlled. To make it VC you can exchange the potentiometers OTA's.
Use a simple opamps for this design, TL08X or TL07X works well, using TL074 would work well, and the design would be slim with only one chip.
