I have madea few sk-1's, but I am starting a design for a huge project. Basically, I'm going to bend an sk-1 and put it in a folding case, so when u open the case, it has lots of switches, a patchbay, drum kill, synth kill, body contacts, maybe a primitive on/off sequencer, polyphony kill, light sensor etc. Can anyone think of anything else interesting? I'd really appreciate some of your favorite bends so I can try them out and maybe work them in. It's going to be quite strongly patchbay based, but with a few permanent bends linked to switches - the most useful ones.
Thanks.

Sounds great. Love to see some pics when it's finished. I've never touched an SK1 so I don't really don't know anything else you could do. Already sounds enough!

Syncronised multiple sk-1's.... Anyone who has two or more sk-1's should try this: interconnect the pitchbend points of your sk-1's. Your pitch can be bent from 1 pot and (drum) patterns will be alligned and synchronised. Each sk-1 can still be seperately bent. Controlable stereo mayhem. my sk-1 page: www.electri-fire.com/sk1.htmalso interesting for sk-1 benders: former sk-1.org Forum now maintained by electri-fire: s2.excoboard.com/exco/forum.php?forumid=55931
